Refund Policy

General Policy

At Peachy Bean Coffee, we strive to provide high-quality drinks, service, and event experiences. If there is an issue with your order or booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work toward a fair resolution.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the type of purchase, the timing of the request, and the circumstances surrounding the issue.

Trailer & Day-of Purchases

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders
If your drink or food item was made incorrectly or there is an issue with quality, please notify us at the trailer immediately or within 24 hours of purchase.

Eligible resolutions may include:

  • A remake of the item

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the issue


Refunds will generally only be issued when:

  • The order was prepared incorrectly

  • The product was defective, spoiled, or unsafe

  • We were unable to fulfill the order as requested


We may deny refunds when:

  • Most or all of the product has already been consumed

  • The issue is based solely on personal taste preferences

  • The request is made more than 24 hours after purchase


Proof of purchase may be required.

Private Event Bookings

Deposit & Reservation Policy
A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to reserve an event date. Once a booking is confirmed, Peachy Bean Coffee reserves that date exclusively for your event.

Deposits are generally non-refundable except under the circumstances outlined below.

Client Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30+ Days Before Event
Clients who cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled event may receive:

  • A full refund of payments made, excluding any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees


Cancellation 14–29 Days Before Event
Clients who cancel between 14 and 29 days before the event may receive:

  • A partial refund at Peachy Bean Coffee’s discretion, typically up to 50% of payments made beyond the deposit


Cancellation Less Than 14 Days Before Event
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are generally non-refundable due to scheduling commitments, staffing, inventory purchasing, and lost booking opportunities.

Refunds Due to Service Issues

Partial or full refunds may be issued if:

  • Peachy Bean Coffee fails to arrive for the event due to reasons within our control

  • We are unable to provide agreed-upon services

  • Significant operational failures substantially impact service quality


Refund amounts will be determined based on:

  • The severity of the issue

  • The percentage of services successfully provided

  • Any reasonable efforts made to resolve the issue during the event


Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure

Peachy Bean Coffee is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Venue restrictions

  • Power outages

  • Government actions

  • Emergencies or unsafe operating conditions


In these situations, we may offer:

  • Event rescheduling

  • Credit toward a future booking

  • A partial refund at our discretion


Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests related to private events must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the event date.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
